The following Betting Rules govern the use of Eipl’s sportsbook and related wagering services. They operate in conjunction with applicable law and the Operator’s general terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, the English language version prevails. The Operator reserves the right to amend these Rules in accordance with the terms stated herein.
Access to the sportsbook is restricted to individuals who satisfy the minimum age required by law in the country of operation. The End User must be an eligible person and may not permit access by third parties. The End User bears sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity conducted under the account.
Bets and Stakes are subject to these Betting Rules and to applicable law. If a Bet is accepted, it cannot be reversed, and the Operator shall not be responsible for any missing or duplicate Stakes. An End User’s Bets may be reviewed via the My Bets interface for verification of acceptance. All data published on the sportsbook is informational and not determinative of outcomes; the End User remains responsible for understanding the relevant Event circumstances.
It is forbidden to use automated systems or third-party accounts to access or operate the sportsbook. The Operator may veto or cancel Bets placed using such means. Offerings of Events and Markets may vary by jurisdiction and are subject to applicable law. Where conflicting terms exist, Market Rules take precedence over Sport Rules, which take precedence over General Rules.
Betting information, odds and market details may be imperfect or subject to delay. The Operator reserves the right to amend or correct mistakes and to make changes to markets, odds, and betting limits. The data sources used to determine outcomes may be disclosed upon reasonable request, subject to confidentiality constraints.
If an Event fails to start or finish on its scheduled date/time, Bets on Markets not yet determined shall be void unless explicitly stated otherwise for live markets. If an Event is abandoned or a venue change occurs, the Operator may void affected Bets in accordance with the applicable Market Rules. Where a Market is reopened after a venue change, bets on non-team events remain valid only if opened prior to the change.
Markets are generally settled after an Event concludes. The Operator reserves the right to settle Markets before official results are declared for customer service purposes, and likewise to reverse settlements made in error. In cases of uncertainty, settlement may be suspended. Final results are determined by the official results as declared by the relevant governing body or, in the absence of such, by the Operator using available evidence, including video material where available. The Operator’s determination of results is final and binding.
All Stakes and Bets are subject to these Betting Rules and to applicable law. A Bet becomes valid only when it is expressly accepted as confirmed in the betslip. The Operator retains full discretion to accept or reject any Bet at any time. Any Bet placement or Stake is binding once acceptance is completed.
Markets are offered across standard Bet Types, with Payouts calculated as Stake multiplied by the Odds applicable to the winning selection. The following categories are recognised:
