
This policy governs Eipl's protective measures enabling players to pause or stop gambling activity on the platform. It applies to all user accounts and is designed to prevent access, deposits, or wagers for the duration of the selected exclusion, in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory obligations.
Exclusion measures may be initiated by the user through the Profile section under Self-Exclusion, or by contacting Eipl Customer Support through secure channels. Available durations are 6 months, 9 months, or 12 months. The system enforces the selected duration; during that period, access and functionality are restricted and users will not be able to log in, deposit, or wager. Time-Outs are intended as fixed, non-modifiable periods, and Self-Exclusion follows the same fixed-duration framework.
Requesting revocation before the expiry date may be submitted in writing or via the secure profile channel. Eipl will consider such requests at its sole discretion and may deny revocation. If a revocation request is denied, the exclusion remains in effect for the originally selected period. Time-Out revocation may be permitted after a cooling-off interval of 24 hours from the initial request. If the exclusion period ends without a revocation, the account is automatically reactivated at that time.
Users may set account limits (e.g., spending, wagering, or other configurable limits) in the My Account section. If a limit is exceeded, gambling activity is blocked for the user. Changes to limits or exclusions require written or electronic notice to Eipl and are subject to internal risk controls and regulatory obligations.
Eipl recognizes that gambling can be problematic for some individuals. For guidance or assistance, users may engage with recognized responsible gaming organizations or seek professional support. Eipl encourages proactive engagement with support resources and pausing gambling activities as needed.
During Time-Out or Self-Exclusion, the user is ineligible for promotions or bonus offers for the duration of the period. Marketing communications related to gambling may be suspended in accordance with this policy.
Eipl will perform identity verification and ongoing compliance checks in line with its KYC, AML, and data protection policies. This Self-Exclusion policy may be updated to reflect regulatory changes, with notice provided to users in accordance with applicable laws.
